We're delighted to welcome you in this new update to celebrate the achievement of 2 Stretch Goals!

Your enthusiasm for discovering the surprises and riches of the Phantom Epoch universe knows no bounds! You explore the cosmos to unexpected depths!

You've unlocked the digital mission book: Congratulations 🥳

You haven't stopped there and unlocked the second Stretch Goal too🔓 But be careful, exploring too much of the unknown, you might end up hitting a snag 🦴

2 new adversaries now stand in your way in Phantom Epoch: the Wild and the Trained Wolf 🐺 You can bet they'll give you a hard time if you let yourself be surrounded by this fearsome pack!

This new Stretch Goal integrates 2 unique new Wolf standees into the Standard and Deluxe boxes, along with their 4 Description cards and characteristics (including 4 difficulty levels) and 10 specific Action cards. These brand new "Wolf Species Action cards" are used along with the existing "Wild Beast" and "Trained Beast" Class Action decks to have you face a new kind of threat.

It's time for us to reveal the next Stretch Goal. This one only concerns backers of the Deluxe or Early Bird Deluxe reward tiers.

Indeed, the Standard and Deluxe versions differ, among other things, in the presence of miniatures and their hit point tracking rings, as well as in the level of finish of its components. But that's not all. Phantom Epoch's Deluxe box has been designed to optimize ergonomics and save time when installing and storing the game.

As such, we wanted to offer the best possible storage system for backers of our Deluxe version.

Regardless of stretch goals, the Deluxe core box does have 4 GameTrayz for holding, saving, and storing your characters. After creating your character, setup for a session will simply be taking your tray out of the box, and putting it on the table. Tear down will simply be putting that same tray back in the box.

However, we'd like to take your Phantom Epoch comfort and enjoyment even further by adding more Gametrayz storage to this Deluxe box.

Also with this next Stretch Goal, the Phantom Epoch Deluxe box will see its base insert replaced by a Gametrayz insert to optimize the storage of all your gaming elements.

🔎On Phantom Epochs Origins

As you already know by now, Phantom Epoch is an immersive and cooperative sci-fi roleplaying board game designed for 1-4 players, developed by Tyson and his team.

But do you know how the story of Phantom Epoch began?

Tyson has been passionate about board, adventure and role-playing games since his earliest childhood.

His love of telling fantastic stories and sharing them with friends led him, over the years, to develop his own JRPG in his teens. Among his favorite gaming references are Gloomhaven, Pandemic Legacy and Imperial Assault.

It was through these games that Tyson discovered it was possible to combine a rich and interesting narrative experience, without losing the mechanical interest of a board game. Inspired by the concept of Dungeon Crawlers, this is how the Phantom Epoch adventure began.

Fortunately for him - and for us today - Phantom Epoch has been unanimously well received by critics and at private playtests and gaming conventions!

This is all the more understandable as the game combines interesting action and combat management, while offering an accessible and immersive experience, whether you're an occasional player or an expert.

From the personalized creation of your hero to its advanced evolution and beyond, Phantom Epoch will have you bonding with your avatar throughout its 40 missions!
